Transceivers
Transceiver design (capable of transmit and receive RF signals) is
formed by the integration of transmitter (RF amplifier) and the receiver
(LNA) and the multiplexers. Our transceiver designs are multi-channel
designs and they operate at four and six RF channels from 8 to 40
GHz. Each channel has the instantaneous bandwidth of 1 GHz and is
capable of supporting data rate of over 2 Gigabits/s using QPSK modulation.
A typical performance of our transceiver is shown in Figure 5.
